If you want to stay in Tagbilaran city, this hotel is one of the best places to stay, if not the best. It is conveniently located in the main street at walking distance of the two main spots of the city: the ferry port and the Rizal square. The hotel facilities are very good, it has an amazing swimming pool, it gives you full access to a modern gym, and the breakfast is excellent, with several dishes made of meat and/or vegetables. They can also arrange a private driver for you to tour the island if you wish.

Good hotel in the center of Tagbilaran City. Clean rooms and nice staff. Not so many options in breakfast. When they noticed that my 2 kids (2&5 years old) took a plate, they demanded to pay for the additional breakfast... it was disappointing. I've asked for the manager, then they stopped bothering us...

This hotel is about a kilometer from the ferry terminal on Panglao Island. Don't bother with Grab; just grab a tuk-tuk, it's cheap and convenient. It's a great spot if you want to experience the nightlife or if you're heading to Panglao afterwards. The Atmosphere Club is right across the street, so if you're looking for a night out, it's literally steps away. However, the hotel itself is a bit old, the rooms are small, and the AC is a window unit. On the bright side, the service is good, though the breakfast in the restaurant is just okay.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Beds were a little too soft for me and room didn’t match photos posted. Breakfast was okay. Location was good. Had fast food and pharmacies within walking distance.

I had a pleasant stay at Metrocentre Hotel in Tagbilaran. The location is very convenient, right in the city center and close to malls, restaurants, and other establishments, which made everything easily accessible. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a long day. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely consider coming back on my next visit to Tagbilaran.

Good place, very tasty and varied breakfast. Possibly one of the best hotels on Bohol, though it's in an old building and the rooms aren't the freshest.

The hotel is nice and its location is good. However, there are some things you should be careful about regarding the staff. For example, they placed a broken glass in my room. Since I didn't report it to them, they asked me for money after checkout. Because of this, make sure to thoroughly inspect your room when you enter — if there's anything broken or damaged, please inform them beforehand. Aside from that, there were no issues with the hotel itself. But be aware that the staff might intentionally leave broken or spilled items behind. You should definitely pay attention to this.
