I had a really great stay at the Metro Centre Hotel! The location in Tagbilaran is super convenient since you can easily walk to local malls, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable, but what really made the experience was the staff—everyone was incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I checked in. It’s an awesome, budget-friendly spot if you want a hassle-free base to explore the city.

Very nice lobby and a great pool bar and pool. But, the service is sub par and the rooms look very old. The internet can be pretty bad depending on where you are in the hotel. Also, I don’t know why, but all the employees seem to be sleeping on the job, literally, about 50% of the time! All in all, it is an overall decent hotel if you are staying there for a 2-3 nights.

If you want to stay in Tagbilaran city, this hotel is one of the best places to stay, if not the best. It is conveniently located in the main street at walking distance of the two main spots of the city: the ferry port and the Rizal square. The hotel facilities are very good, it has an amazing swimming pool, it gives you full access to a modern gym, and the breakfast is excellent, with several dishes made of meat and/or vegetables. They can also arrange a private driver for you to tour the island if you wish.

Good hotel in the center of Tagbilaran City. Clean rooms and nice staff. Not so many options in breakfast. When they noticed that my 2 kids (2&5 years old) took a plate, they demanded to pay for the additional breakfast... it was disappointing. I've asked for the manager, then they stopped bothering us...

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Beds were a little too soft for me and room didn’t match photos posted. Breakfast was okay. Location was good. Had fast food and pharmacies within walking distance.

The room furniture was already quite old. Room also without any window. Positive was the breakfast, good selection and very tasty food.

I had a pleasant stay at Metrocentre Hotel in Tagbilaran. The location is very convenient, right in the city center and close to malls, restaurants, and other establishments, which made everything easily accessible. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a long day. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely consider coming back on my next visit to Tagbilaran.
