One point was deducted for service because of the front desk attendant I met when checking in. Her name seemed to be Wang Xiaojuan, but I can't remember it clearly. The time was around 3:30 pm on Saturday, which is accurate. She was rude and didn't even tell me the basic information such as the elevator hall and breakfast arrangements. I saw her colleague next to her also reminding her, but she didn't respond. The point was deducted only because of this person. The hotel is good in other aspects.

The check-in experience was very good. The customer manager's service was very thoughtful. My girlfriend also liked this hotel. I will come here again next time. This time I came here to climb the mountain. The environment and facilities are very good. In particular, the service is really enthusiastic. It is a hotel that I highly recommend.
