The service at Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel is really great! The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Xiao Hu in the front office can always answer my questions in time. The service staff Xiao Sang checks in quickly and has a good attitude. The room is also very clean and comfortable, and the bed is very comfortable. Had a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient, transportation is convenient, parking is very convenient, and the breakfast at the hotel is very rich, with a variety of choices, from traditional breakfast items to a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. And the quality of the food was very good, giving me a great start every morning. The hotel's facilities are very complete, and the hotel's environment is also very quiet, allowing me to relax and unwind.

酒店外觀很大氣，周圍環境好，設施設備完善，酒店衞生乾淨整潔，服務更是沒得説，尤其是前台服務人員張紫嫣，熱情大方，服務周到，房間住的也很舒服，一眼就能看到湖面，風景很好。下次有機會還會再來。

房間環境擺在那裡，我不做評價，大家可以自己看。之所以體驗很差，害我一大早上被氣得不行有以下三點:1，沒有衣服房，來這邊一般都是來爬山的換下來的衣服沒法洗，送洗可以接受收費，但是時間很久，等不了。2，馬桶壞了修了兩次，也勉強理解吧，3,讓我最生氣的，早餐本身品種就很少，然後9點半結束，我掐着點趕到餐廳，服務員當著我的麪把勺子，夾子等工具收起來，想給兩個小孩盛粥都沒有工具。就這個服務態度不配開元兩個字。
