出了高鐵站，打車20多分鐘就到如家商旅酒店天外村店了。
到的那天泰安的出租車把本就暈車的我給顛吐了，而且該説不説的吐在酒店大門外的馬路邊。整個人是生不如死…
孩子幫我去前台辦理了入住手續，一切都順利極了。
出發前看到好多天外村店的差評，心裏惴惴不安。但現實是
如沐春風的前台，安靜的居住環境，潔凈的床品…
可見許多事情都需要我們自己去驗證——眼見為實。
歲月匆匆，又要別離了，由於自己太粗心。自己喜歡的黑曜石手串落在了酒店床縫裡。
如家商旅酒店的前台服務員多次和我電話聯繫。這份敬業，深深的打動了我。

前台的幾位妹妹業務能力強，溝通暢快，房間乾淨，房間有直飲水，方便多了，離天外村入口很近，爬泰山不用起特別早，周圍餐飲超市不少。

房間寬敞明亮，環境整潔乾淨，距離天外村廣場幾分鐘的距離，登山十分方便，酒店服務很好，有求必應，登山時可免費借用登山杖，非常感謝，值得推薦！

房間乾淨温馨，一樓洗衣房很方便，步行五分鐘就是泰山進山口，位置太好啦！服務員很熱心，介紹了泰山攻略，風景很好，環境很好的！

我是21號晚上入住的，由於入住比較晚，前台給我們免費升級了房間，無論是21號晚上前台辦理入住的幾位小妹妹，還是22號辦理退房的一位小妹妹，熱情漂亮，特別一提的是，都反覆提醒：出車庫的時候拔掉ETC,把免費停車卡交車庫值班人員就行。房間乾淨整潔 ，中央空調給力，窗外就是泰山！

服務到位，早上先到之後未到房間入住時間，服務員特情接待將行李寄存前台。晚間空調很好用。第二天離店早些，又把行李放在前台，等下午回來後取走返程，全程感覺回家一樣，泰山真美，如家如家！

設施：十分的不滿，淋雨頭就是個爛的
衞生：幾乎感覺沒打掃過
服務：啥也沒有
水杯啊一看就不乾淨，存有很多污漬
淋浴間就更別説了，什麼二合一用具，完全是為了省錢，在這一個價位這一個酒店簡直是他敢排倒二沒人敢排倒一
