老闆熱情，服務周到，床品乾淨，對家裡長者照顧有嘉，飯菜可口，我們基本都在客棧用餐。老闆給介紹的附近戲水納涼的免費景點，也特別涼爽，風景也特別好。

老闆人比較熱情，服務也好。房間床塌了，入住後不想再折騰，就忍耐了兩天。黃柏塬宣傳過度，街道很熱，幾乎沒有樹，河谷中，不涼快，沒有紅河谷好！

房間乾淨衞生，還不錯，店裡有飯，味道還行吧，旁邊也有很多吃飯的地方，還有美食街，房間可以帶貓咪，洗漱用品齊全是一次性的，燒水器再好點就好了，水是涼的，沒洗澡，相比山上，鎮上稍微熱一些，周圍環境很好，老闆娘很能幹，一個忙來忙去不容易

國慶期間，衹能説服務非常跟不上吧，而且亂價嚴重，要不是不想影響一家人出遊的心情，高低想給陝西文旅投訴一個，來好好管理一下。到黃柏塬鎮這裡是必經之路，第一次來黃柏塬的遊客都會路經這裏，我們一行人就先辦理了入住，看房間的時候正好遇到服務人員正在打掃衞生（沒有換被套，沒有消毒，簡單整理擦拭就沒了）房間一股子腳臭味，想着臨時退房重新找房也不現實，衹能將就！！到了下午温度就降下來了，待在酒店就很冷，準備開空調升温，老闆告訴我們他把空調開關關了，晚上8.30以後才能開！！！有長者和孩子衹能幹凍着！！！房間連條毛斤都沒有！！就這種條件當天基本也都是滿房了！！！！訂酒店的時候看之前住客評價説客棧餐食還可以，遂留下吃了午飯，飯廳加上我們有四五桌客人，但是衹有一個服務員，基本沒有服務，等菜等到暴躁，前後兩道菜的時間可以等半個小時，以至於後面的菜都不想吃了，菜品一般味道更是一般，不知道好評哪來的。最後結賬亮點來了，米飯35元一大碗（説是夠十幾個人的飯量，實際我們一桌10個人一人一小碗都沒分夠，又去要了第二大碗才分夠）就米飯花了70元，每份菜量少到可憐，第二天去了古鎮其他餐館，國慶期間價格都差不多，但是分量比他家多了不止一倍！！！！老闆太忙了，態度也很不好，可優化的部分太多太多，望店家好好考慮！不能衹做一次性生意！！！

五一帶家人來山裡玩，本來對山裡住宿不抱有太大期望，沒想到超乎意料，可能因為是剛接手的是年輕人有想法，很熱情，房間很大都是新裝修過的，空調製暖效果很好，家常菜特別可口，老闆看我們自己帶的鹵肉還專門用碟子幫我們盛起來，説吃不完可以放冰箱，樓頂還有一個漏台看風景視野特別好…特別滿意

客棧的位置非常顯眼，房間內的衞生很乾凈，尤其是飯菜，晚上吃的炒菜和湯，都非常可口，早餐也很豐盛，老闆和老闆娘人也非常好！
