Staying here was super convenient. Parking and accommodation were hassle-free, and there were so many food options downstairs, it was hard to choose! The only minor issue was that charging points were a bit hard to find. It's close to Taicang city center, making it easy to get anywhere. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful! Because we came for a music festival, the front desk specially prepared fruit, snacks, and drink gift bags for festival attendees. After checking out and resting in the lobby, the staff immediately brought us water and fruit! It's also very convenient to visit the Taicang Museum and Shaxi Ancient Town.

Facilities: The hotel is relatively new and well-equipped. There is a laundry room, a mini gym, a meeting room, and many underground garages. Hygiene: The hygiene is good, and I didn't find anything unclean. Environment: The environment is good. It is located in Wuyang Plaza. There are Family Mart and Lawson convenience stores next to it, as well as breakfast shops and many stores. The online bus also has a stop here, which is very convenient. It is not far from Wanda Plaza, art galleries, libraries, and museums. Service: The service is very good. I booked 1 day during the May Day holiday. There were no double beds on the second day. The hotel manager helped coordinate two rooms. Thank you very much.

看中了套房所以沒定其他的酒店，最近喜歡上經濟型酒店，奔着洗衣服去，哈哈哈。 入住的時候不太開心，下午三點了和我説沒房，説五點才能給房...最後也算處理完了....社恐看到這種就很煩心很累....大部分時候能溝通就溝通，溝通不了我一般都是找攜程客服.... 房間挺大的，有個小廳，小朋友們可以坐在那裡打遊戲機了，很不錯。但是感覺空氣有點腥氣，老朱沒感覺，酒店沒有凈化機，但是有香氛噴了點，嗯....其實還有點，我感覺是中央空調裏的味道.... 樓層不是很高，周圍房子間距不是很大，客廳的窗簾基本上是拉着紗窗的。簡單的住住還行吧，套房來説性價比可以的。普通房間麼就這樣。位置算可以，樓下就有全家，羅森肯德基等等...外賣機器人送餐，和大多的全季差不多。 這價格算是可以的，畢竟一分價格一分貨

作為華住會會員，對全季越來越失望，特別是服務。太倉這家全季，唯一可以點讚的是早餐，種類比較豐富，加菜很快，該有的基本都有。酒店設施老舊，一進房間一股濃濃的潮濕黴味，打開窗，一股子尿騷味道。至於服務，除了餐廳工作人員，其他服務人員一副冷冰冰公事公辦的態度，特別是前台。位置也不太好，到哪裡都不太方便。

太倉是一座吃喝玩樂的寶藏城市。酒店坐落在城中心，靠近市民廣場，博物館等公共活動場所。房間大，服務熱情。唯房內進淋浴間需要從洗手間轉入的動線設計不合理。

必須五星好評！全季酒店一如既往穩定在線，衞生乾淨到細節，床品柔軟舒服，一覺睡到天亮。大堂茶香清雅，環境簡約雅緻，前台服務熱情高效，辦理入住退房都很快。房間智能設備好用，隔音效果好，熱水充足，早餐豐富新鮮。出行便利、性價比高，不管出差還是旅行都首選，下次還來！
