My parents-in-law are in Taicang. They helped take care of our baby for a week when I was on a business trip last week. However, their bed was too small for three people to sleep in, so my husband and I brought our baby to stay in the hotel. I booked a basic room type, but the front desk upgraded us to a suite. I was so happy! Hahahaha, it turns out that staying in a suite with a baby is so nice. You can put the baby to sleep in the bedroom like at home, and we watch TV in the living room. I think a suite should be arranged for the next trip. Back to the room, the room is really beautiful, with brighter blue (I prefer Mediterranean blue) as embellishment everywhere, and the decoration is very fashionable! It feels like Emily Henderson. It makes people feel super good. And the floor height is very high. It feels that the floor height of the second floor is more than 3 meters after the ceiling is suspended. It is very comfortable to live in. The room has three small French balconies, and the outside is full of green. I didn’t take pictures because I didn’t dress up, but I feel that it should be very good. It has a very European style. My room is on the second floor facing the street, but the road is very quiet, with almost no cars. Opposite is Taicang Yard, which has very good greenery. There is a small river on the way to Tianjing Lake, and there is a dark brown bridge on the river, which has a little European summer style. I think the breakfast variety is moderate, not the kind with a lot of variety, but it is enough to eat. The key is! The counter made on the spot is delicious! The spicy meat noodles made by the noodle cooking counter and the Omlette made by the omelette counter are delicious! We also ordered some food for the children, and the children also ate happily. It was a very pleasant experience. I will come again next time~

Dear sirs, i don't understand why you keep your centilized air conditioning system at 24 degrees. Do you realize that its not healthy to sleep at this temperature??!! Human beings need lower temperature for quality sleeping!! Dear guests of Pullman, if you are like me don't want to have 24 degrees with no possibility to get the temperature at least a bit lower, this hotel is not your choice. I had 4 hours of bad sleep due to hot air, then asked for the help of the hotel, and maximum they could do is to provide me a fan. So the rest of the night I spent under the fan blowing which is not so comfortable. Also stuff suggested me to open the window, given that the temperature outside is even higher than inside, it didn't look as a good choice. Never again!

It is very German. German restaurants, German buildings, small bars, all in the style street. It is in the third phase of the style street. There are more restaurants in the second phase. It is not far to walk. Parking is free for 4 hours. The room is very sailor-style. The walls of the room are also navy-style. It may be because Taicang is the anchorage of Zheng He's voyage to the West. The blue ocean room is very comfortable. The front desk upgraded the lake view room to face the lake. It is very comfortable to walk by the lake at night. The set meal includes afternoon tea, coffee and puffs. The only shortcoming may also be because it is in the German Street. The underground garage is connected to the park. The garage can directly enter and exit the hotel room floor without swiping the room card. It feels not very safe. I hope it will be improved.

The location is relatively convenient, the facilities are relatively new, the sanitary conditions are good, and the rooms are relatively spacious. The only regret is that the Chinese restaurant is closed during the Spring Festival. I will choose it again next time!

I want to emphasize that the front desk staff is about 40 years old, very nice, gentle, and serious. Next time I come to Taicang, this hotel will be my first choice.
