YUKI JI staff is incredibly friendly, making our stay warm and welcoming from start to finish. Their hospitality truly made our experience memorable.

We arrived about 10:30 at the hotel and we were able to check in without any problem. We asked the room to be changed 3 times and it was done asap.the manager on duty. A nice smiley young man, served as coffee. He was so helpful later on gave us a bottle of red wine when we ask for wine during the evening buffet. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful. The cleaning Ayis were also friendly. I will return..

The hotel environment, hygiene, and service all meet the five-star standard. Because the renovation was done relatively early, some of the room facilities are a bit old, and the buffet breakfast is also a bit inferior.
