Staff are awesome. Meals are ok, but then considering it's in the mountains,with breakfast and dinner provided, nothing to complain. Location is super awesome, quiet, tranquil,peaceful. Good for those who are looking for a break from the buzz and buzzer. The indoor hot spring and the view is super awesome.

Very friendly staff. Kudos to the F&B staff at the restaurant who were fantastic. Good location for a hot spring resort.

Excellent service. They offer free rides between hotel and the nearest bus terminal. We got a slightly early check in and a free upgrade to the latest renovated family room. Food was clearly stated as vegan/vegetarian or not, very vegan-friendly. Spas in the bathroom were very clean. Toilet flushed down well(which was a problem I was concerned whenever I stayed in Taiwan). Beds for two were king-sized beds. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were very spacious. The down side about the spa area is that there is not much to do there. Although it was a 1.5 hour bus trip from Feng Yuan, I think it worthed a night there if you are looking for doing nothing.

The overall service quality is good. Dinner for 2 people is $500, which is also cheap. The breakfast is rich and delicious, especially the radish cake, which is soft and dense, and you can eat radish, which is delicious. There are 2 hot springs in the house, and the bathing space is large enough. The price is reasonable. It is a high-quality hotel near Guguan.

Overall it's pretty good, the breakfast options are a little limited, the hot spring pool in the room is semi-open-air, and the atmosphere is really great when you soak in the hot spring in the slightly cool weather! There are many restaurants outside the hotel!

The Li Chi Shanshui Hot Spring in Guguan is located in a very old hot spring hotel in Guguan. There is a bathtub in the room for hot spring bathing, which is very convenient. I hope to stay there again next time if I have the chance.
