First time staying at Floating Clouds Inn, and what a pleasant surprise! Surprise number one: smart check-in. Everything is self-service, and the parking lot is super convenient, right downstairs from the inn, with plenty of spaces! After parking, you take the elevator to the inn lobby and use the self-service machine to check in and get your room card. I had already booked the room on Trip.com, so all I needed to do was enter the phone number used for the booking and scan my ID for the record. It was really convenient! The room was quite elegant. Following the environmental trend, personal amenities are not provided in the room, but there's a vending machine in the inn where you can purchase whatever you need. During our stay, we used the gym facilities on the second floor to burn off some of the calories from overindulging at the nearby Fengjia Night Market. Oh, and speaking of which, it's not far from the Fengjia business district, which is great for a stroll and some shopping! Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I'd definitely come back if I get the chance!

This was my second stay, and this time I booked two consecutive nights. The Simmons bed provided an excellent night's sleep. The location is great, the parking lot is huge, and there's a water dispenser on every floor. I'll definitely be planning a third visit. The rooftop dining area is fantastic too.

Self service check in and out. Very convenient. Location is near Feng Jia night market, breakfast buffet is really nice. Room is clean, new, but is just a bit small.

First time here! It's super close to Feng Chia University, and the self check-in/out is really convenient. Overall, it's great value for money and has an eco-friendly vibe. The soundproofing is pretty good, and it's very near the Taichung Lantern Festival.

I bought the hotel breakfast, which was very convenient for vegetarians.

Check-in was quick, and there was always someone available to help when needed. The cleaning staff were very polite and thorough. The hotel has a private back entrance directly to Fengjia Night Market, which is super convenient. The room was a bit small, but there's a common area downstairs that makes up for it. Shared bikes are available right outside the hotel, which is incredibly convenient.

Family of 5: We stayed in eco oriental family room and was perfect for us. Big comfy beds, clean sheets, L sofa outside for us to settle down and pack things before bathing & sleeping. Toilet size was comfortable, with a clean bathtub and good shower head for water pressure, racks to hang towels. Clean! Able to have restful stay. Location: 10 min walk to FengChia night market by hotels back gate, so eating & shopping are not far. No human at check-in though, so have to self-check in in the lobby(see last pic) but there’s a phone for you to call if u get stuck. Free parking if you drive. Carpark is good sized. Self laundry service available so that’s convenient too. Hotel buffet on 15th flr, which has glass windows so there’s some view to enjoy. Breakfast selection is not bad, porridge, steamed buns, cereal, cooked food, cakes for dessert even. Will def stay again!

Traveling with a toddler under two years old, we requested a bed rail from the hotel and it was already installed upon check-in, which was a huge plus! We stayed for two nights, and our little one slept soundly both nights. I was worried they wouldn't adapt to a new bed, but it turns out I worried for nothing.

Location near to night market. Hotel is clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

The room is beautiful: modern, spacious, and tidy. Located nearby Fengchia Night Market (5-7 mins walk). You can also have some views from the restaurant where you have a breakfast (various food).
