The Location of the hotel is so good. Just 2 min walk from BRT Station with Daiso, Supermarket and two 7-Eleven near by. Also there are a great breakfast shop one street away. However, we found that there was some hair in the bath tub.

The room is big. The servant at the front desk is nice. The location is very convenient. Parking lot is also big. The breakfast is very good.
There is nothing to complain about.
Food delivery options offers lots of items to choose from.
I will come here again next time.
They don't provide disposable tooth and brush. You have to prepare them yourself. Don't worry. They will remind you before your accommodation. Also they don't prepare the bottle wate in the room
There are water dispenser on each floor.

Overall services were good, from concierge, to check in and check out. The room that was allocated to us was spacious however they could have done better to do regular maintenance on their TV channels and systems. Some channels showed black screen with audio whereas some with visuals but no audio. Called up for service and they got a technician over to check yet no outcome and they decided to brush me off by blaming it on system updates backend. Tried over the next few days and still didn't work, and gave up eventually. Not returning to this hotel for my next trip to Taichung.

Location is quite a distance from the city centre. Need to walk 10-15min to find local shops and eateries. Just across the hotel got a good-size supermarket. Bought local fruits for breakfast. No malls, night markets or shopping areas nearby. Room is spacious but rather old that needs upgrading. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but selection rather limited. No yogurt and limited selection of fruits. Overall a reasonable good stay.
