For me it was perfect. The lobby is also gorgeous and well-designed, very clean and overall appealing. The personnel is friendly. My initial room was clean and very comfortable and had a fan in it additionally to the AC. Unfortunately there was pretty obvious water damage as water was dripping from the ceiling and running down the wall which actually got worse by the hour. It was after a typhoon so maybe that had something to do with it. I went to the reception and told them about it and they were very accomodating and gave me a different room. It was pretty obvious that they didn't care about water literally running down the wall, though, and I think that's odd and damaging to the room and hotel. The new room had some water damage, too, but it was less severe so I didn't bother getting another different room.
