Due to work-related issues, I checked in at midnight. When I arrived, they kept saying there was no record of my reservation. I showed the front desk staff my booking information, but they still suspected I was at fault and kept asking me to wait (not even offering me a seat). It was eventually discovered that the front desk staff had made an administrative error that afternoon and had given my booking information to someone else. They then claimed my information didn't match, forcing me to wait until nearly 1:30 AM before I could check in. The staff's handling of the unexpected issue was poor. I absolutely cannot agree with this!

Everything is very good, and we even got a free upgrade for the room we have booked. The location is good and near the city centre. Very smooth check-in process, too. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
