酒店服務非常好，有什麼問題需求，真的有求必應，已經在這裏住過好幾次了，每次來泰和基本都選格蘭雲天！前台小姐姐跟客房阿姨都很熱心！！！！有很多礦泉水，冰箱裏麪還有飲料，有的沒拍照，就拍了吃燒烤的跟朋友一塊。機器人會有配送服務！很貼心

竟然在泰和找到了一家這麼好的酒店，酒店設施好，環境衞生乾淨，窗外能看到一片池塘和田地，晚上還能聽到蛙鳴聲，感覺一下子回到了美好的童年時光。前台服務態度很好，熱情周到，還介紹了泰和的老街和國光可以去逛逛。感謝接送機的酒店人員，車開得穩而安全，解決了我們人生地不熟的後顧之憂。
