衞生：被套床單發黃了，睡上去特別癢，毛巾，浴巾都是黃的設施：窗子都壞的，電視也打不開，隔音特別差環境：就在街邊晚上還是很吵的第一次住到這麼差的酒店，在市裡同等價位的酒店比這個強多了，縣城又貴又臟

有異味，房間還可以的，挺寬敞的，位置也方便，靠近台江汽車站，前台叔叔服務態度也很好，距離枱盤村看村BA也衹有25公里，也很方便

來的第一晚入住天和大酒店🏨很安靜。就是入住客人可能比較多，走廊一直有人走動。凌晨三四點時還來個大喊大叫的酒鬼，在走廊吵了大約15分鐘才進房間休息。合計換一家吧！昨晚住的這家美術公寓，自己喜歡畫畫，被他家的名字吸引了，另外小寶喜歡粉色，也合計離江邊和客運站近，下面就有吃的，方便。路邊吵還能忍受，這半夜打麻將就太**了。讓他退全款還不樂意。一句道歉的話也沒有。做一鎚子買賣。來黔東南凱里台江縣住宿的人就不要入坑這家了。這事物和人一樣，不能衹看外表。再見了，黔東南！
