It can be said to be a famous hotel in Taikang County! The standard room I lived in was quite big and I could still see the night view outside. The only downside was that the KTV was too noisy and the soundproofing effect was not good! For the hotel’s breakfast, I went down at nine o’clock to eat and everything was gone, only scum was left. The breakfast is not always renewed. If you want to eat it as early as possible!

房間非常乾淨整潔，我個人比較潔癖，進房間我都是要先檢查一遍，很滿意，進入大廳環境不錯，給人一種舒適的感覺，並且房間淋浴間和馬桶是分開的，用起來特別方便，尤其是服務特別好，我家寶寶的玩具壞了，在房間吵鬧，名叫張霞的服務員聽到孩子哭，便來諮詢瞭解， 過了一會便拿來氣球🎈給寶寶，雖説氣球🎈不值錢，但是我們感到了她的心意與用心的服務。

房間特別乾淨，還配有貴妃椅我的最愛，這家酒店的環境特別不錯，前台 客房 餐廳小姐姐服務特別好，尤其是客房服務員名叫張靜靜的看到我們提了很多東西，就特別熱情的來幫忙，這家酒店值得推薦

我很少評論，更很少差評，更不會隨便給家鄉本地酒店隨便寫，但是這次實在太讓人無語：
1.辦理入住拖沓，開始衹有一個小姑娘辦理，另外兩個前台閑着聊天也沒人搭理我，問了閑着的一個，她指指那個辦理的，我以為衹有那個電腦能辦呢，但過了會，她為後來的住客辦理，我趕快也去辦理，找了半天沒找到我的訂單，報電話和名字都沒找到，這業務水平差的一批…磨磨蹭蹭磨磨唧唧；
2.前台寫著兒童拖鞋和牙刷免費，等要時一概沒有；
3.房間沒有座機電話；
4.椅子和被褥上水漬一圈圈的，難道從來不清洗嗎？管理員巡視時看不到嗎？
5.被褥灰撲撲的，房間內空氣夾雜着滿滿當當的灰塵味；
6.洗澡水實在太小…；
7.訂的豪華房帶浴缸，給你安排一個普通房不帶浴缸，這樣明顯的咖喱操作，你們竟然能做得出來，我還第一次碰到這麼明顯的偷換概念；
8.最離譜的是按金：現在交按金的酒店已經很少了，退房後按金遲遲不退、給酒店和客服打完電話仍然遲遲不退的更是見所未見、聞所未聞，説什麼太忙，要1-3個工作日後，我是付款寶，你們一鍵操作，實時到賬，不是境外卡；早晨9點退的房，下午還沒退按金，給前台打電話、聯繫官方客服後才在下午17點退的，服了；
9.吃個早餐，不帶餐票就得簽字掛賬扣按金，報房號不認，你們這麼大個酒店，電子化系統呢？
至少兩年內不會再來，隨便一個快捷酒店都比這有性價比；宏泰雖然房間小點，但絕對比這整潔，服務細緻；如果萬城管理和服務再不做好、做細，這麼大的一棟樓浪費了！
