Location is great! We enjoyed our stay.

Arrived late at hotel. They told me supper was served at hotel restaurant (included in booking fee). Good spread of food and beverages.
Room was spacious and clean but decor a bit dated (esp the bedside lamps)
Service was helpful and attentive.
Location quite far from Tainan HSR. Can take free shuttle bus and alight at Koxinga Shrine stop.

When booking the room, the child's age was included in the room rate. When we arrived at the hotel, we found out that the child's height was charged extra, so we had to pay an extra 800 yuan, but the room type was upgraded and thin cushions were added. I suggest that the conditions for the extra charge on the booking website can be changed later. We arrived just in time for supper, and the waiter was very considerate and asked me to get some food for my husband who was trying to find a parking space. And every food is delicious, not sloppy! But after arriving in the room, you have to spread the cushions and quilts yourself, because it felt a little dirty when you put the cushions on the floor for the first time. The point is that there are two hairs on the cushions... However, the breakfast is delicious and very considerate. The fact that guests can enjoy coffee and tea 24 hours a day is a plus.
