"The room is spacious and clean. It comes with the Japanese toilet bowl. The king bed does not seem to have pocketed springs though - one side is easily affected by movement from the other side. The communal kitchen has toasters and offers free coffee & tea (available from 0700 to 1700) and water (whole day). It is designed simply and feels comfortable."

"Great value for money!! You get a bigger discount if you stay multiple nights. The AC works perfectly. Hot water is consistent. The bathroom is pretty clean. It was a bit dusty. They're renovating, so some amenities are missing, lol. There's a coin laundry on the top floor. But the value for money is excellent. When you're traveling in Taiwan, you're out and about all day anyway, right? It's perfectly fine if you just need a place to sleep here, even for a nap. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby. There's the Pu-Jie bakery and the Lai Yi Wan beef noodle soup place. If you look them up on Google Maps, there are plenty of highly-rated spots, which is great!"

"Breathing view on the rooftop. But, I didn’t enjoy the city view of our room because they put me at the back side which can see the neighborhood building😭. Also, we forgot that the breakfast is only until 10:00 am, so we didn’t have our breakfast. Instead, they gave us 2 boxes of bread which is a sweet part of them❤️ Overall, it’s a 3-star for me."

Otherwise, the counter staff had been off work and no one asked. Although the bath time was separated by 15 minutes, the water temperature of the second person bathed. Still not hot, but fortunately it can be in summer! Hope to improve"

The B&B owner is also very warm and friendly. There is also a public space where you can eat, drink and have fun at night. Unfortunately, the soundproofing is not very good, and the music played at night can be heard outside. It is not suitable for many people to have too much fun in the quiet residential alley. But the overall experience is great. Thank you for giving us a comfortable and pleasant place to stay!"
