Hotels in Dream Mall, Tainan

The hotel was quite accommodating, but not flexible on early arrivals. In addition, the location is fine if you want quiet, but it isn’t near anything place interesting.

Great location and staffs! The hotel is connected to the shopping mall snd quite easy to access the latest shopping plaza in Tainan.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, making every morning and return to the hotel a pleasant experience. The location is a bit far from the city center or restaurants, requiring a taxi and making it somewhat inconvenient. However, there are convenience stores and a market nearby, so the surrounding amenities are decent. The rooms were generally clean and tidy, except one day I found a small cockroach in the sink. The hotel facilities are fairly complete, with a hairdryer provided and a hot water dispenser on the 3rd floor. However, the in-room TV was a bit small and the picture quality wasn't great. Also, the showerhead took quite a while to heat up; you had to turn on the water beforehand and wait. But commendably, the hot water supply was consistent.

The manager who  in charged of breakfast refuse my foreigners  customer to eat breakfast. The confirmation and notification SOP was very poor. The front desk people  and the restaurant people seemed to be disconnected. The experience was very bad.

The room facilities are very tidy, simple but clean. When I checked in that day, I asked the counter if ”Yongda Night Market” was open, but they did not recommend the nearest ”Dayi Night Market”. Instead, they told me that it was quite a distance away and I needed to take a taxi. Went. Then I passed by the next night and found out that there is a closer Dayi Night Market to go to. I felt very bad (the taxi fare cost almost 400 yuan). I hope the hotel can improve this problem. However, I still recommend that everyone choose this hotel. The hotel has a high CP value and is close to Nanfang Shopping Center in East District and Dayi Night Market. Highly recommended~

Convenient. Large space. Because there is a short time for opening. So the building will be a bit old. There are a lot of ants. It may be the reason for autumn. Especially. No breakfast. But the dike provides instant noodles (not cheap!). The service staff is kind. The price is OK. This price is not picked! !

It feels warm. Although there are not many vegetarian meals, it has something that other restaurants don't have. Braised chicken wheels, vegetarian ingredients, and mushrooms are very delicious!

Convenient location, good overall, friendly service, fair price, good breakfast, good environment, not far from the night market, this is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in Taiwan during my stay in Taiwan, the service is warm, the location is good, there is a department store next to it, away from the Dongmen night market It's also very close.

We cannot stop our praises for this hotel! We intended to just stay the night and explore a little of Tainan before heading to Kaoshiung. The friendly staff engaged us in conversation and shared so passionately about Tainan that we decided to stay an extra day/night in Tainan. They even planned our itinerary for us. We are thankful for the value-added service of helping us warm up our food (we bought food as our stomachs had limited capacity) in the mornings/nights. We got the double room with no window but hardly felt suffocated as the room was spacious, spotless and sooo comfortable. The carpark was a short 3min walk away. We enjoyed the facilities, but what caught our hearts was the heartwarming service from the staff. We do not have the habit of asking to take a photo with hotel staff, but for this hotel, we asked to as we wanted to remember the wonderful experience we had here.

It was late at night, and the room service chat was getting really loud... but thankfully it improved later. The soundproofing of the airtight windows needs improvement, and the head of the bed is next to a driveway with a bunch of modified cars (8+9) making a terrible racket! It's disturbing my sleep! Plus, there's some kind of party going on somewhere, with blasting bass that makes it impossible to get a proper night's rest. 💤
