Artinn Hotel

The location was great — walking distance to Ximending, with Watsons, FamilyMart, and 7-Eleven just around the corner. The room was decent and came with basic shower amenities. However, there were noticeable stains on the bed sheets and carpet, and a slight musty smell when we entered. Out of more than six power outlets, only one worked for charging phones or power banks. We had to take turns charging our devices. When we reported it to the reception, the staff seemed unwilling to help and even suggested that our phones might be the problem. To make matters worse, when I asked to borrow a plug, they said it would cost NTD 200. Even in the reception area, only one outlet worked. The reception area offered free coffee and snacks, but the coffee options were limited to espresso and americano. The espresso was watered down, and the americano dispenser was almost empty — the two male staff didn’t bother to check or refill it. When we checked out, the two female staff members seemed unaware of the issue we had reported. They didn’t ask how our stay was — they simply took back our access cards and said, “Everything’s okay.”

The place is always spotless, accessible to mrt/ximen and other tourist attractions and everything works perfectly, and the staff is top-notch-friendly and professional. My most recent room even had an amazing view, which made the stay even more special. I'll definitely stay here again!

Really great area and a lot of food and snacks nearby. The hotel has free water and snacks as well, overall great experience for budget travelers.

Location is good, very near to train station and nearby some park and place of interest. Staffs were friendly and helpful. bed was very huge, the size of 2 super single bed. Overall cleanliness is good. There is a pantry to grab a cup of hot coffee.

The front desk persons are nice. The room also clean. This hotel is close to Shilin night market n Taipei performing arts center.

The room is spacious with a large bed, and the bathroom has separate wet and dry zones. The location is great, close to the MRT, making it very convenient to travel. However, I found the room not very clean.
