Luxurious hotel for the price, the room was great. Breakfast is poor, as it's just a sandwich, but ok.

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a strategy location, close to public bus stop and within 500m surrounded with many restaurants. Friendly staff provided good service, provided good breakfast, free coffee and other's drink.

Nice location. Walking distance to Jie Yun subway. Quiet room, big TV, small refrigerator, but air conditioner is too cold. I had to turn off sometimes during my sleep. Friendly front desk staff.

Very spacious room and overall clean. It is a bit dated but very close to train and busy. Minute walk to nearby laundrymat.

A great place to stay. Amid a 15 mins walk from MRT, the hotel was surrounded by various nice eateries, from breakfast rice balls to hong kong style roasted goose rice , etc. The room is spacious with a nice big squarish bath tub plus a nice 55 inch TV . Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Stayed just one night in twin rm with a window.
The hotel is refurbished, 7 min walk from/to the train station (brown line and green line) 2 train stops from the airport,TSA, Taipei Songshan Airport, mostly domestic flights.
Staff are very welcome and friendly 👍
The hotel doesn't have restaurant on site, breakfast is a burger (it's good).
Coffee, tea, self service 👌.

1.The hotel is slow to respond to email sent ahead of arrival
2. There is no toiletry provided such as toothbrush,comb,paste or indoor slippers
3. There is only packets of instantcoffee provided,but is is always heavy in sugar content
4. Staff are courteous and helpful.
