The air-conditioning is centralized and not able to lower down the temperature which gets pretty warm in the night. Rooms/beds are pretty dusty and water leaks out from the shower room under the glass door which flooding the toilet area. Breakfast is very simple and with minimum options.

The location is super convenient, just about a 5-minute walk from Shandao Temple Station. You'll pass a Family Mart along the way, and there are plenty of attractions and convenience stores within walking distance, which is great. The room is also very spacious; there's more than enough room to open two 26-inch suitcases with lots of space left over. The environment is clean and tidy, and the shower is a wet/dry separation, making for a very pleasant stay. Although the hotel breakfast consists mainly of sandwiches, the flavors change almost daily, and you can take them to go, which is very convenient. The mashed potatoes are absolutely delicious! 😋

The hotel looks tired and very old. The room have mouldy smell, the shower room drainage designed faulty , will caused flooded after shower and the floor still fill up with water after a night. Breakfast come with sandwich and a cup of beverage. So disappointed.

The room was spacious and the location was great, making it very convenient for getting around. I couldn't find the hairdryer plug in the bathroom.

Very nice hotel, staying for 2 nights with friend, counter service is good and friendly. Laundry service is available, pay with cash in the machine (around TWD 90) Location is near to metro, with only 500 meter walk. Lots of convenience store around hotel.

Highly Recommended! This was our third time staying at Jiamei. We made it our base for our two-week holiday in Taiwan. Jiamei means 'beautiful home', and after a few days away in other cities, coming back to Jiamei truly felt like coming home. We love the spacious rooms and bathrooms, the fragrant soap and lotion, the clean towels and sheets, the excellent facilities, the great location, and the friendly service. I would like to thank Lisa for her warm and friendly welcome!
