Front desk people were all very courteous and understanding. I asked for the beds to be redone after checking in because I noticed hairs. When I got back to my hotel later that night, I then noticed more hairs in the bathroom including ***** hair (!!!) and I told the front desk. They offered to send the cleaner up to vacuum on Sunday night, which understandably, sucks for everyone. I appreciated the offer and waited for the elevator. While waiting for the elevator, I heard the cleaning lady complain out loud behind the doors that I am one of those customers that just complain and complain. Unbelievable. Since the elevator still hadn't arrived I yelled back "算了, 你不要做,那就算了!"
The front desk called my room later to apologize, and offered to clean the room himself, understanding I wouldn't want to see the cleaning lady. I appreciated the offer. And checked out the next day when I was supposed to stay for 5 nights.
Ps. Later that night I only noticed there was dried poop on the toilet seat still! Definitely was NOT mine. The cleaning is incredibly atrocious. That's too bad.
