After our first night of arrival, my son became quite ill the following morning. Staff were quite kind & helpful by advising next best step in seeking medical treatment and helped by promptly got us a cab. On our return, attending staff at the breakfast room were so considerate of my son’s indisposition that they’ve requested the chef to cook plain porridge for him (not in their menu). Albeit a tate far from the city centre but, if you are seeking qualitative hotel with staff members that will “drown” you with care and kindness, then you’ve reached “Mecca”. Beautiful hotel that’s worth every dime. Highly recommended.

Location is very close to National Palace Museum and can go there on foot. Quiet location and close to bus station. Hotel is well maintained with comfortable bed and good noise isolation. Overall a very comfortable hotel to stay at. Breakfast was good.

I liked about this hotel very much and few points are as below-
1. Lovely and luxurious feeling by residing in this hotel. Every facility gives you a feel of a luxury hotel such as bed, entrance, doors of the room, staffs curtsy.
2. Breakfast has wide variety including one option for vegetarian person as well. They serve you as you order and staff try to help as much as possible with there little English language.
3. All receptionist speaks fluent English.
Nearby National Museum and very good view from hotel of nearby mountains.
4. Bedding and bathroom were spacious.
Even though little far from main Taipei city but it is worth to stay here rather then in busy city environments.

Hotel is quite retro in terms of design but very comfortable! Beautiful neighbourhood and a short walk away from the national palace museum and 5 mins by bus to shilin mrt. Staff is very friendly and breakfast is extremely good too! The complimentary laundromat and minibar is very convenient too.

房間很大，洗手間也很大，非常舒服，甚至讓我覺得電視機離床很遙遠
走路去故宮約10分鐘，故宮兩邊還有園林也非常好，原住民博物館也不遠，值得看看
因為靠近山，窗外就是美麗的山景，空氣中也能聞到山林的味道，我喜歡。
美中不足，附近沒什麼吃飯的地方。酒店的餐廳衹有早餐和午餐，沒有晚餐。不遠處有個family mart便利店，可以買些三明治茶葉蛋什麼的。

The AC was broken on the last night. Not sure what happened. The place is far from everything unless you want to visit the palace museum

Pretty building, clean rooms, beautiful furniture
The road is a bit busy in front of it
Will need to taxi/walk to a bus stop/YouBike to get anywhere comfortably
