Hanns House

Initially, I was assigned room 101, which I didn't particularly like due to its corner location. However, I was upgraded to a room with floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; the City Hall MRT station is right across the street, and it's close to famous shopping centers, the W Hotel, and Taipei 101. The staff were all very attentive and polite, which I really appreciated. 👍

Excellent service, every time I come back it feels like coming home! There are lots of great food options nearby, including late-night snacks. Plus, my favorite chicken restaurant, Jibun-ya, is just around the corner! The hotel is also very clean.

The service was friendly and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. The hotel's location is also very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the MRT station. The environment is spacious and bright, and there's a good variety of facilities. However, there were a few minor letdowns. For instance, indoor slippers are needed, but we weren't informed at check-in that we could get them at the front desk, so we couldn't find any in the room. The toiletries in the bathroom weren't great, especially the shower gel – the pump seemed to have an issue and it was hard to squeeze out. It would be even better if they had a bidet toilet. Also, the TV channels and content selection were quite limited. I hope these things can be improved in the future.

Great location, close to Taipei 101, with convenient transportation. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. The breakfast on the first floor was also delicious and didn't disappoint. Overall, a fantastic experience.
