Room is suitable for family. Location is next to a mrt. Service is also great with personnel at the hotel gate to help. Recommended. Near Long Shan Temple, a attraction.

Room was generally clean but mould stains in toilet on the floor and on the rubber shower mat were pretty off putting. Bedside tables were also quite badly chipped. Good local breakfast spots nearby, and conveniently located right next to Wanhua station. Gym has no weights, so wouldn’t really call it a gym.

I enjoyed my stay here in this hotel. It’s a 5-star hotel but it is budget friendly. They are in the center of everything we want to go. Very accessible to the train station.

Breakfast spread is good. Staff at the restaurant are friendly and welcoming. Restaurant is spacious. Check in process very efficient. Location of hotel short walking distance to MRT Station and local train station. Room is clean. Recommended place to stay.

Convenient location. Surrounded by various restaurants, convenient stores and train stations. A bit pricy during the Easter holidays but overall everything is not bad. Will recommend to people who would love to visit Taipei.

The room was clean and location is accessible. The water in the bath was lacking in heat.

Location for this hotel is good as it’s just beside Wanhua TRA, Metro station just behind it which makes my family to travel around easily. Many great eateries nearby and mini marts too. Hotel room is good, daily room cleaning services with very polite cleaning staffs. Except that the aircon filter needs to be clean up as the dusts are trapped inside the room which can be seen on the bed headboard n mirror. Stayed for 6 nights and everything was great. Very helpful staffs at the reception n concierge counters to resolve our queries despite late night hours. The only dissatisfaction was that lady hotel staff manning beside the duty manager counter on Sunday 17/03/24 noon, we can visually witness her rolling her eyes with unhappy expression when her colleague informed her that we would like to do currency exchange.

Signs of hotel age as seen in the common wear & tear issues. Towel with holes, carpet floor… Cleanliness need to improve as upon check in, found hair under quilt. Unsure if bedsheet was changed or just made up. Busy hotel as it’s commonly booked by tour agencies. Long waiting time for lift with only 3 lifts servicing lower/upper floors. Morning buffet stated till 10am but staff informed line closed at 9:30am, with no food top up. Staff was also unfriendly, refused to allow guest bring yogurt back to room to eat after breakfast was closed before the stipulated time. Lucky receptionist concerige were friendly, helpful in checking in, providing umbrella without need of deposit.

Nice, clean hotel with access to metro within 5 minutes distance.
