Free and easy, AirBnB-like. Happy to have use of washing machine.

Walk in entrance difficult to find. Had to call hotel. Smoking is permitted so we found air fresheners plugged in every room (as non-smokers the scent is very notable). Smoking scent from another part of the building is drawn in through the bathroom fan. Hygiene could be better: wiped the kitchen counter and table to find layer of brown dust. Otherwise stay was comfortable and convenient.

I booked a two-bedroom, one-living room duplex. The room was new and clean. The landlord was very considerate and provided earplugs. However, the room was well soundproofed and I didn't use them. The location was very good and it was very convenient to order takeout. It was cost-effective and I stayed there for two days. Although it was not free parking, the parking fee was very cheap.

The room is clean and well-equipped, except that the parking lot may need more instructions for people driving north from Hong Kong or Macau.
You can only use the east entrance, not the regular tenant entrance.
