I stayed at this hotel during a recent trip, and it was truly one of the best places to unwind after a long day. The interior design stood out—elegant and far superior to any hotel I’ve visited before. The staff were attentive, respectful, and quick to assist with my check-in, along with a complimentary breakfast voucher. The room itself was spotless, featuring a super comfortable bed, free bottled water, tea, and a range of amenities. Everything felt clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety of fruits, drinks, and delicious traditional Chinese dishes. While many nearby hotels offered similar pricing, none came close to matching the level of comfort, luxury, and attention to detail I experienced here. This hotel truly delivered a premium stay without the premium price tag. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing stay.

It's been almost ten years since I last visited Taishan to see family, and I was really surprised by how much it's changed! The integrated shopping mall is excellent, with a great range of facilities and a diverse selection of stores. You can find everything from nail salons, hair and beauty treatments, to coffee shops and bubble tea, catering to all sorts of needs for those returning from abroad. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful; they helped me with taxis, recommended great restaurants, and I loved the room they arranged for me. Highly, highly recommend!

More than 10 years ago, I stayed in Taishan Gaoye Hotel and was impressed by this hotel. It is a well established, well equipped hotel and within walking distance to the pedestrians mall and shops. I highly recommended this hotel for its convenience. It will be great if the lighting in the room are adjustable as it is a bit dark in my allocated room. The WC has better lighting than the room itself. I will still return to this hotel when I’m in Taicheng.

The double room in this hotel is great. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, my partner and I slept soundly, the space is reasonably laid out, the distance between the two single beds is moderate, which is convenient for communication and privacy, the facilities are also complete, the air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi are all very stable, the water pressure in the bathroom is sufficient, and the hot water comes quickly. The hotel is conveniently located, convenient for eating and shopping, the front desk service attitude is enthusiastic, the check-in is efficient, and they also took the initiative to help us move our luggage. The cleaning lady also took the initiative to say hello. I will choose this hotel again on my next business trip.

This hotel has a good location, many locals say it is popular due to this as well. The hotel room door had a security measure that if left slightly opened, would sound an alarm. The hotel breakfast was good and had much variety. We stayed at the top floor which was level 15. I uploaded a picture of the nice view

The hotel staff really helpful, just that I wonder it is around CNY period the cleaning service is not up to par, otherwise overall it is good.

Easter trip with the family, stayed here after Kaiping rural historical villages and diaolou exploration. For some city time. Clean neat new hotel. Good Non smoking rooms. Nice bathrooms, japanese style automatic toilets. Simple okay buffet breakfast, fresh coffee, mostly Chinese style breakfast. Our family had a good time. Booked a double for us and a twin room for the kids. There is a bit of a music bass noise in the evening due to next door night club. Was mentioned in the booking. No real problem for us. We enjoyed the giant modern Chain mall a short drive away for dinner and shopping. The old city centre is also good for meals and the sights.

The room was spotless and free of any unpleasant odors. Service was exceptional. The location is great, conveniently near Changdachang Supermarket in the new district, and the plaza offers abundant dining and entertainment options. Plus, the greenway is just a 50-meter walk away, providing wonderfully fresh air.

The hotel service was fantastic! We requested a refrigerator and a desk in advance, and they had everything perfectly arranged for us even before check-in. We were genuinely touched when we opened the door. The hotel breakfast was generous and served until 10:30 AM, which is perfect for late risers like us. We'll definitely be back for our next summer holiday!

The hotel room was brand new, built to the latest Vienna 5.0 standard, which definitely made a difference. The smart glass feature was excellent; once activated, the glass became completely opaque, proving very convenient. Overall, the stay experience was quite pleasant.
