距離台東市區很方便，出勤購物吃飯都很多選擇，要往外跑也不會很麻煩，很適合家庭旅客一起出遊的好選擇值得推薦。

房間不錯。我原本不是特別滿意。我覺得性價一般。後來想畢竟是週末高峯期住宿。後來覺得房間不錯。有空間。有大窗子。眼光。衞生不錯。但是地上有幾根女性長髮。缺點是房間空間沒有很好的使用。房間設施也不十分充裕。比如，沒有桌子。沒有小毛巾。或專用冰箱等。儲放東西的櫥櫃也沒有。簡樸一點。風格有點老套。
