Perfect location, near the bus station and the railway artists village.
Shared room (female only) is huge, with in room bathroom, sinks and fridge.
Clean and comfortable.
It's a staffless hostel so self check in and check out, you're never going to meet staff, there's no key to the locker, you need to go to another address on the same road to get it.
The bathroom is a semi-wet one, not ideal for a six people room in my opinion but still not a problem for a budget room.
I would stay again.

Location is easy access to transport and stones throw away from the shopping district. Facilities are clean, service staffs were great, friendly and helpful. Overall great stay.
The room is a bit small and clean although this is just a 3-star hotel as per Google! They have free brew coffee and snacks.

It is located next to Tiehua Village, an excellent location. However, the sound insulation is poor, so travelers who value sleep should pay special attention. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the triple room had a good amount of space.

I came to Taitung alone and stayed in a youth hostel for the first time. The environment was good and it was very close to Tiehua Village. I originally wanted to book a different room while riding back to the train station from Tiehua Village, but I didn’t know that there was no room available if I didn’t book in advance. I called It’s fate that we will come back here again🤣! Also made friends.

The hotel is in a good location, next to Taitung Transfer Station and Tiehua Village. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Zhengqi Road Night Market;
Check-in and check-out are self-service and the process is quick;
Although the room window faces the back of the Wave House, the soundproofing of the room is okay, but you can hear the sound of other people going up and down the stairs;
However, the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. There are dental floss sticks left by other guests on the floor next to the bed, a few hairs on the TV table, and many stains on the carpet in the corridor outside the room;
And if you are carrying suitcases, please note that there is no elevator in the hotel, so you have to take the stairs
