The hotel's location is super convenient. You can borrow bicycles to explore Taitung City, and there's parking available both in front and behind the hotel, which makes it easy for guests to come and go and unload luggage. In the evening, they have a late-night snack service with a rich selection of savory and sweet items, drinks, and beer. It's really enjoyable to have a good meal and a few drinks – so relaxing!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. They offer complimentary supper and breakfast, and I was pleasantly surprised to find beer 🍻 included with supper! Plus, all the milk is from Lin Feng Ying. This is definitely a high-value-for-money hotel in Eastern Taiwan.

An absolutely wonderful stay! Both the late-night snack and breakfast were incredibly generous and delicious. Seriously, the tea eggs were the best I've ever had! Even though it was called a 'late-night snack,' it was definitely dinner-quality. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, which made for a really comfortable shower. Highly recommend!

The service attitude was excellent, making us feel incredibly welcome. You could really sense their passion for service; every staff member we encountered was smiling, which put us in a great mood. The food was also delicious. I look forward to bringing my family back again next time, and Kang Chiao will definitely remain my top choice for accommodation.

My stay at the Kang Chiao Hotel in Taitung was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and polite. Whether it was checking in or asking questions, their professionalism and attentiveness made me feel completely at ease. The food truly stood out. The variety was impressive, and the taste was exceptional. Fresh ingredients and thoughtful presentation made every meal a pleasure. Both breakfast and other dining options left a lasting impression. The late-night supper service was particularly unique – something you won't find at other hotels. And the freshly made Danzai noodles? Simply fantastic. Overall, this is a hotel with outstanding service and excellent dining. I would highly recommend it to friends and family, and I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in the area.

Good Hotel. Every time I come to South Taiwan on business, I stay this hotels. Regrettably they are not in north Taiwan. Hope them near Taoyuan and Songshan airport.

Fantastic hotel all round. Not only was the room clean and comfortable, but the dinner and breakfast included with the stay were delicious, and had a very wide variety of dishes and drinks to choose from. Would not hesitate to stay here (or at other Kindness Hotel branches) again!

Great choices of service from the staff even thought is a buffet style, the staff always approach us and recommend their local products for us to try. Definitely will come to stay again next time!!! 🥰🥰
