Great service! 很高的小姐姐 helped us carry stuffs to our room when our keys did not work. Strategic location, downstairs is where all pedestrian street is. Will stay again

Location is best for food and shopping ! But if you take didi will be very jam during night or peak hours Room is big and Clean !!! Staff was very good and helpful, with patient answer all our questions

nice hotel, within walkng distance to liuxiang, bell tower & causeway bay. breakfast very normal, if free then ok. restaurants all over outside hotel. one thing bad is the air conditioning, its hot stuffy....if summer season i would avoid this hotel. luckily weather a bit cold...but still dont feel comfy with no cold air...

The location is very close to the street market and food stalls. Very easy to walk from the hotel to the tourist destination hotspot.

Good location, if you're in a room away from the noisy streets. Updated design, so some effort has gone in there. Staff is functional and perfunctory; things get done. Not the most efficient, not the most welcoming. In fact, the worst i have encountered on this trip, but not terrible. Reminds me of some inns I have stayed in in rural China. The one thing that makes this an absolute no-no is that despite the price I am paying, there is no air-conditioning. It is a central air-con system and they have deemed it is not warm enough to turn it on. Which makes the room a stuffy furnace. Advice was to turn on air purifier which is noisy through the whole night and doesn't really help. If I'm paying for a room, at least let me decide the room ventilation. If they want to sell to foreign guests, they should know this is a basic given as this is what we have come to expect in our hotel rooms. So, strongly advice: NO! As they say in social media: 别来踩这个坑！

Very friendly hotel, we can store our luggage there for a short trip elsewhere.
