Parkview Hotel

This is hands down the most impressive hotel I've ever stayed at, easily ranking number one. They've thought of absolutely everything when it comes to toiletries – nothing is overlooked. The quality of their disposable toothbrushes surpasses any I've encountered, both domestically and internationally. It's clear this hotel is run with genuine care and attention to detail. My last trip to Taiyuan left a terrible impression due to a so-called famous restaurant that made several of us sick. But this time, before even leaving, we've already decided to come back and stay for another two days. I truly believe this hotel isn't just an option when visiting Taiyuan; it's *the* essential choice. Highly recommend it. I also hope that on future visits, everything continues to improve. The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful. They provided complimentary fruit for both days of our stay, meticulously cleaned our room daily, and even delivered a special children's toiletries set for my little one. Plus, the breakfast spread each morning was extensive and delicious!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Liuxiang business district. The rooms are clean and tidy, though a bit old-fashioned. The cleanliness and service are impeccable. The front desk was efficient during check-in, and the room butler service was incredibly responsive to any needs. The reliable service from this established five-star hotel is truly commendable. I forgot to take photos of the hotel, so I'll just upload a few scenic pictures instead.

This five-star hotel truly excels in every detail. They thoughtfully provided books, toys, and toiletries (from the 'Frog' brand, with a complimentary vintage toy!) for our child, making their stay perfectly comfortable. We stayed on the 33rd floor, offering a panoramic view of Yingze Park – truly a 'cloud-level' experience. The breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, and the hotel's location is super convenient for transportation. Plus, there's a private gate directly to Yingze Park, which was an added bonus as we walked there every day.

The whole place feels quite old. The room had really bad air quality, causing a noticeable smell as soon as I walked in. Since I checked in late, I had to rush to turn on the air purifier, which was so loud I couldn't sleep all night. When I looked for slippers, the closet was completely messy. This is definitely not the quality you'd expect for the price. A very poor experience. I didn't get a chance to take many photos, but I did snap one – the clutter is clearly visible, with brushes and an umbrella just thrown around.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right next to Yingze Park, and you can even get free park admission with your room key. Although the design is traditional, the facilities are very new, and I really liked that all the toiletries were from Wucaoji. It was Dragon Boat Festival during my stay, and the staff even brought me juice and a sachet, which was a very thoughtful touch. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the noodles were truly authentic.

The hotel's location is great; it's about a 15-20 minute walk to Liuxiang and Zhonglou Street. The service is also good. Breakfast is a buffet with both Western and Chinese options, plus Taiyuan's local specialty, 'Naohui'.

The hotel's location is great, close to the subway station and about a 10-minute walk to Bell Tower Street. The hotel itself is excellent, with butler service that attends to all your needs. The in-house dining is also worth trying, it's quite good.

Well-equipped, excellent service, and a great location with convenient transportation. It's close to Yingze Street, Liuxiang, and the Bell Tower, and the lake view rooms offer expansive views.
