Extremely satisfied! The bed is adjustable and the mattress is very comfortable. The 50-meter swimming pool has excellent water quality, ranging from 1.6 to 2.3 meters deep. It's great for learning to be a mermaid, though the water temperature was a bit cold for me.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with various facilities. The breakfast offered many delicious Shanxi local snacks. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time. The front desk even proactively upgraded my room.

Overall, I'm very satisfied. It's so convenient that you can order 6 complimentary snacks, drinks, or light meals from your room every day! The concierge service was excellent. They helped bring my luggage to the room and were very polite and enthusiastic. Thumbs up! 👍 For breakfast, you can order à la carte at Jinwei on the first floor – it's delicious and affordable!

The Lihua Grand Hotel is a solid choice among Taiyuan hotels. Their breakfast offers a good selection of local Shanxi specialties, the rooms are spacious, and the views of the Fen River are great. However, some of the fixtures show their age. It's an established five-star hotel in Taiyuan, and the service details are impeccably handled. It's a comfortable and reassuring stay whether you're traveling for business or leisure.

The hotel pays attention to small details, which is great. The bath towels and hand towels are all disposable, and the bathroom thoughtfully provides wet wipes, mouthwash, and hairspray. The front desk even helped upgrade us to a massage bed experience. They also helped carry our luggage from the car. Thumbs up for the service!

For example, there was a bottle of laundry detergent next to the hand soap, which is something few hotels provide for their guests. The toiletries had my favorite verbena scent, fresh and elegant. The toothbrushes weren't cheap quality, and there were three different toothpaste options. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the vibrating mattress had my husband falling asleep in no time. Additionally, breakfast was quite varied, and parking was convenient. Overall, I'm very happy with my choice of the Taiyuan Lihua Hotel.
