Firstly , The room was way too small. Not something I paid for as per the pictures. No fridge , no English channels on tv and too compact. Totally different than what I had seen the pictures when booked. Not even close

This hotel is located in the center of the old city of Taiyuan. The surrounding transportation is convenient and prosperous. It is nearby a shopping center, the second hospital, and the lady at the front desk is enthusiastic in service. The time spent in Taiyuan is too short, I will definitely stay at the Vienna Hotel next time I come back, thank you 🙏🙏

23年十一入住，此次可以説是近年來我們最糟糕最魔幻的體驗。全由停車位而起，相比之下，性價比低和設施陳舊都已經不算什麼。首先，這個酒店根本沒有停車位，停車衹能貼着大門沿街，大概也僅僅能停五六輛左右，即便如此還是靠運氣，前面車一堵，中間的根本出不去。其次，前台會明確告知，停門口並不安全，有交警處罰風險，言外之意還是沒有車位，您自己想轍。我們衹能一車人大包小包兵荒馬亂匆匆卸下。第三，前台會‘温馨’建議，往前開，找路邊有白線處，可以停車。好不容易開了兩個路口，找到一處。過了一會接到收費員電話，讓過去。一問，説是本地車免費，外地車一小時6元，7點以後才免費，先交錢交到7點，咱不説你太原這個規矩定的合不合理，不到取車時間先交錢就是聞所未聞。第四，前台還温馨提示，可以停到旁邊醫院（見圖），醫院收費。好，再停到醫院，總算是踏實了吧，晚上剛躺下，接到醫院保安電話，説車擋道了，過去一看根本沒擋啊，然後保安拐彎抹角説他們很辛苦，你們是酒店的吧，酒店都停到這我們也沒義務給你看車。最後説白了是要煙抽，10塊20塊的給一包，給你把車看好。這跟敲詐有什麼區別？！寧可一腳油門，再次上路。為停車一趟一趟折騰，堵路又堵心，所有的好心情煙消雲散。你酒店沒車位，推薦了又是這種狀況。我在前台來回，不斷聽到旅客因停車抱怨，爭吵，前台工作人員訓練有素，道歉話滾瓜爛熟。不去想辦法，卻讓旅客承擔風險。停車一夜，停出了人生百味，小處見大，見的到底是酒店的管理低下，還是太原的旅商環境。就衹能留給大家仔細品讀了。
