The room cleaning service was excellent
My room had a large window, so I thought it would be cold, but it wasn't cold because of the warm heating in the hotel
Also, I really liked the blackout curtain, which covers the light well in the morning👍🏻
The hotel front desk staff had a good attitude! They also had excellent basic service, such as lifting up your luggage!
If there is only one thing that is regrettable, no one can speak English. The difficulty of communicating was too much. It would be better if even the front desk staff could speak English😊
Everything else was good! I want to visit again next time🩷

Nice hotel in a nice area. Inside the room it’s silent and good to sleep.
The Rooms could get a bit renovation, but it’s still good quality.

I was sadly just there for one night, but if I return to Taiyuan I would want to spend at least two nights there. My room was spacious and the mini bar was stocked with some fresh pastries free of charge. The hotel has a shopping center behind it and is next to a metro station and several other malls. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to breakfast in the executive lounge on the 28th floor, and the food was very satisfying

I have always liked Kempinski. This time I went to Taiyuan and booked a family room. As expected, I was still satisfied as always. The hotel pays great attention to details and its humanized service makes guests feel at home. They directly extended our room until three o'clock so that we could have a safe trip.
