典型的臟亂差，地方不好找不説，這麼熱的天氣兩個房間衹有一個有空調，問房東，房東居然説他們是説有空調可沒説兩個都有，説是電梯，結果五樓都是樓梯，又臟，態度極差，大家別再上當了，直接就是垃圾

這就是個黑店，服務太差，環境太差，衞生特別差，地上全是頭髮，根本不能入住，而且我在平台上面訂了房間，去了酒店，看到了實際環境不行，我取消退款，這黑心老闆，而且就點擊入住現在也不給我退款了，現在正在有關部門處理問題，大家千萬不要入住，千萬不要相信這黑店

📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]挺方便的，離鐘樓街很近
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提] 沒有空調，房東説還沒來得及安裝，超級冷。。沒有熱水，打開熱水器沒有熱水，一直報錯，客服讓找房東，房東自己也不知道怎麼回事。然後還沒退房就讓維修人員過來維修。
然後小區是一個回遷房，樓梯上下樓，主要是。。樓下是早市，隔音很不好，鳥叫聲，吵鬧聲，聲聲入耳。
真的建議老闆如果打算搞民宿把硬件先搞一搞，首先把窗户換成隔音好的，其次把熱水器修好，然後再安裝空調。這些都是必要的。
理解做生意也不容易，但是消費者也有選擇的權利。客觀來講價格很合適，地理位置很好，但是條件有限。

實話實説:位置好，出入方便，門口有鳥市，旁邊還有個小公園，距離銅鑼灣商圈不遠，還挺好玩的。但是___有一張床塌陷厲害，後半夜實在腰疼，不得不把彈簧床墊掀起來，直接睡棕櫚硬床墊。兩個屋用一個空調，大概兩個小時之後才把屋子温度降下來。總體來説，衹能算一般，畢竟是太原，比我們在平遙和長治住的民宿差了不是一個檔。

民宿位置很好，離鐘樓街，食品街和迎澤公園都很近，房東發的位置也很好找，衹是樓道的隔音不太好，不過一點也不影響裏面體驗，準備的挺齊全的，床墊也很厚，睡着很舒服，麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，啥都有，房東準備的洗漱用品也很全，很不錯！
