房間環境很好，衞生合格，設施都比較新，有冰箱有洗衣機，投影大且清晰，老闆人也很好，有什麼需要跟他説就可以了，一家酒店住的次數多了，每次打開房門就跟回家了一樣。

跟同樓雲沐酒店相比，服務是真差勁
設施：一般般，有的設施壞了也捨不得整整
衞生：不知道是不是31樓不經常住人，睡一晚上身上癢，因為本人也是經常住的這家，往常是19樓，這次開31樓，特地問一下，也不回消息，後面攜程去協商處理方案，直接就是沒有處理方案，太差勁了，以後直接不住這家了，如果同樣事情發生在雲沐酒店，我想雲沐酒店會積極處理這個事。
環境：一般般，真相比雲沐要差。
服務：發訊息也不回，平常住個2-3天，也不問下要不要打掃衞生，要不要或者方不方便補點礦泉水，同樓雲沐酒店也經常去住，人家都是問一下，而且大早上就問好要不要打掃衞生，上回跟他説打掃衞生，也不回下，到底是打掃還是不打掃，問了才説打掃好了。
而且這家店以前是有人在，現在無人自助入住，拿水都沒法拿。
特別特別在意這次攜程去處理竟然説沒有處理方案，差勁，再也再也不住這家了，還是去住雲沐酒店吧
