Got my room keys quickly. A while later, I was summoned to the front desk for unpaid room fees, only to be told it was a mistake. They apologized.
I think although the staff tried hard, they seem a little inexperienced. Working desk top in the room wasn't wiped clean. I have to help myself.
Otherwise pleased with the experience in this relatively new hotel.
