酒店位於下大陳島土地堂沙灘附近，酒店出門就可以下樓梯到沙灘。
老闆一家很人情，會提前打電話預約接送站。
會在旅客來到酒店前打開空調，衞生也很乾凈。
附近的小炒價格也還算可以建議，去梅花灣大概3公里路，騎行哈嘍電動車大概12分鐘，單程5元 。

房間比較潮濕，估計是海邊房子的通病，床上有螞蟻當時忘拍了，第二天起床癢，脖子後被蟲子咬了，撓成這樣子了。接送都會有人來這個可以

位置絕佳，老闆車接車送，佈局很温馨，老闆是這個島上開的第一家，早飯也很美味，很治癒的環境，在陽台就能看到海，離沙灘也很近

不錯的，有接送，很熱情，體驗感好！走15分鐘不到就到土地堂沙灘了，我們晚上去看了日落，特別美，公交車站就在對面出行很方便🧜♂️

房間挺好的，位置不錯，下面走下去就是土地堂沙灘。就是端午節那幾天下大暴雨，海邊比較潮濕，房間裏也比較潮濕。老闆人很好，接送了我們好幾次。

就真的很無語了，辦理入住進了房間之後發現房間裏面充斥着黴味，根本沒法住，但是因為確實定了房間了，我們也不想影響他第二天售賣，所以我們説堅持住一晚上，退掉後面的行程，他説你是續住的我還能給你退，但是一個訂單定了幾天的，我就退不了，最後打攜程電話還是扣了我們後面的一半房費，非常無語的一次入住體驗，差評差評差評重要的事情講3遍！！！
老闆真是會看人下菜碟的，我沒話講。希望能幫助到後面的遊客。
