Very helpful and friendly staff. Although room are on the small side (which is typical of Japanese hotels) but it more than makeup for it with it’s friendly an helpful staffs. One USP of this hotel is the free noodles (ramen or soba or udon) for its staying guests every evening, and the 24 hours bath or onsen. The bath/ onsen facility offers free ice creams or ice lollies.

Excellent experience in this hotel with the hot spring! Location is good, which is right next to the Pokemon center! The hotel staff is nice and friendly! The free night food is good!

The experience was good enough the hotel and the food wasn’t too bad. The hot spring on the top floor is an absolute delight and we didn’t stay in the room much we were almost out, so it was just a place for us to rest our feet and get a good night sleep and that just did the trick. Everything was fine hotel staff were good. Everything was great.
