This is a good value hotel, staff are very kind and helpful. However, there are a few improvement suggestions. - room clean, carpet is dirty. You can tell otell from the floor towel in the bathroom. - need softer pillows for loan

Convenient location, near the main shopping area, a lot of restaurants and groceries nearby. Facilities are basic but sufficient. Complimentary breakfast.

Place is convenient to all the different shopping streets in Takamatsu. It's quite a distance away from the pier for walking, but there are many different bus services available so it's at max a 16 minutes away from main station and there is a bus stop point right in front of the hotel. Hotel feels relatively new, the standard double room is small but comfortable. Recommended!
