Ichinomatsu Japanese Modern Hotel

Stayed for one night, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was enjoyable. In the evening, the hot springs felt very comfortable. After soaking, we sat on the platform outside the hot springs, enjoying some food and drinks, chatting with family, and admiring the peaceful surroundings. It was a pleasant evening.

The hotel was a bit far from the city center, about a 15-minute walk from the station. The staff were all non-Japanese foreigners, but they were very kind and provided excellent service. The exterior was a traditional Japanese house, giving it a calm vibe, but the interior had been renovated to be very modern, new, and extremely clean. The decor seemed designed to appeal to foreign guests. Breakfast was Japanese style, but as a Japanese person, I found the menu a bit odd. Perhaps because it was late, it was crowded, and we were seated at a counter facing a wall. It would have been lovely to enjoy breakfast while looking out at the garden.

A very beautiful Japanese-style hotel with a private onsen that you book in time slots. The small garden and lounge are very lovely. The room size is great. The only slight downside is that the parking costs extra... For the room price in this city, it really should be included. The Western breakfast is good.
