Yukimiso

I decided to go to a hot spring inn in Kyushu, so I checked out the 2021 edition of "Mapple Onsen Yado Kyushu" and Tabelog. On Tabelog in Kyushu, the highly rated places are (among others) Yukimisou in Na***u Onsen, Marunaga Ryokan also in Na***u Onsen, and "Tsumikusa no Yado Komatsu" in Kirishima Onsenkyo. In the "Mapple Kyushu Hot Spring Inn Ranking 100" in Kyushu, they are 35th, 13th, and 89th, respectively. I also looked at TripAdvisor, but the reviews were similar, so I chose Yukimisou this time. It's an inn with many repeat customers. The hospitality of the landlady and the owner is excellent. The food is also delicious. It's only natural, since I chose the inn for the food. Apparently, when there are few guests, the rooms are separated so that the sound from the next room cannot be heard. Of course, the water was good, but it would have been even better if there was a bathtub with unheated hot spring water. When it is renovated, please make a bathtub with hot spring water, even if only one or two people can fit in it. Although it does not exist at Myoken Ishiharaso, which is the model for the Kyushu inn, inns with carbonated springs have unheated baths (Ramune springs) that are popular. Many carbonated spring inns only have heated baths. I like inns that have both unheated and heated baths.
