Hotel Peace Island Taketomijima

The room was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, so I had a very comfortable stay. It is impressive to be able to see fireflies in the garden of the hotel. The washing machine with dryer was free, so it was very helpful. It is a hotel that we can recommend.

When I previously visited Kondoi Beach on a day trip, I thought I'd like to stay at Taketomi Island at least once, so I made a reservation. As a result, I had the best experience. I have an 8 year old and a 5 year old. Each villa type room is spacious enough. The toilet, bathroom, and water area were clean. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, and even when my 5-year-old child kept talking to me, they happily responded. I was also very grateful to the children for always being attentive to them, such as explaining things to the children when they found beetles and geckos, and providing chairs for adults when they set off fireworks. The best part is stargazing in the courtyard. It is a breathtaking sight that cannot be expressed in words. This may be something only those who stay here on Taketomi Island can experience. There is also a shop, so it's great to have a drink in the courtyard. Very reasonable price. Rice is very satisfying in both taste and volume for breakfast and dinner, but on the other hand, it may be too much for children. The 5-year-old was on a no-meal plan, but since rice was included, it was okay to give him a few adult side dishes. For an 8-year-old child, about half of the food was left over, so I don't think it would be a problem if the child can eat a single adult serving. It's close to Kondoi Beach and within walking distance to all the restaurants. After dinner, I went for a walk to the west pier and it was just sunset. The sunrise over Kondoi Beach, where no one is around, on a pitch-black night. I think it's a good location when staying on Taketomi Island. If I have a chance to go to Taketomi Island again, this is the inn I would like to stay at.

石垣島に到着した日にそのままフェリーに乗り、こちらに宿泊しました。フェリーに乗る前に電話をすると迎えに来てくれます。どの部屋もヴィラタイプですが、二部屋で一つのヴィラになっていて、壁が薄いです。が、楽しく過ごすために細かいことは気にしないことです。空いていればハンモックを借りて、外で利用できます。2食付きで予約するのがおススメです。食事は美味しかったです。チェックアウト後、自転車を借りて観光し、帰りもフェリーの時間に合わせて送ってもらうことができます。とても楽しく過ごせました。

郷土料理（八重山そば　ラフテー　石垣牛　海ぶどう　石垣島産エビ　アガラサー）知りたかった味がひととおり知れて夕食付きプランにしてよかったです。味はどれもおいしかったです。また、庭に無料ハンモックを設置してもらい11月下旬は虫がいなかったので揺られながら夜空を眺めるのは最高でした。夕日スポットの西桟橋や、水牛の新田観光へはホテルから歩いて行ける距離。ホテルの有料レンタサイクルもあるが、道中、ハイビスカスやバナナの木やシーサーの写真を撮って、の〜んびり散歩。竹富島港に無料迎送なので行き帰り楽チンでした。
