Excellent service!! The bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed using the pool area and lounge chairs. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food and everything i tried was amazing. Special thank you to Ethel for her excellent customer service and assistance with places to visit around the town. Sofia, Laura and Samuel also went above and beyond to assist me daily and ensure i had the best possible experience. I would highly recommend staying here.

My room had a glowing blue light from the air conditioner switches. It was hard to sleep in the dark with this annoying light. One could hear the sound of water going down the drains from the kitchenette. The door is not airtight, you could see a ray of light through the door. Excellent customer service but the buffet dinner is priced to make everything else on the a la carte menu look ridiculous. Breakfast was good with a mix of local and foreign dishes.

This is the loudest hotel ever! People slamming doors and talking loud in the hall late into the night. We could even hear the people coughing in the room down the hall. Not a pleasant stay!

Excellent Service. Good ambience with great set set up. Professional staff and great food 👌 We arrived via walk in. But the staff were kind enough to accommodate us and support us. We did indeed enjoy our brief time there.
