Rooms are clean and well maintained.
This resort seems to attract and elderly clientele.
Breakfast was good.
No late check out offered. Even 30 min wasn’t possible.

Location is a little far but excellent for quiet escape, super near to a clean beach with soft sand. If you are not sensitive to insect/ small animals sound at night, it can be quite rhythmic to serenade you to sleep. I enjoyed the quiet time at the resort with quality sleep. Season and can see that the resort is taking the opportunity to repaint and repair the place
I went to another 5 star resort for a nice dinner and was glad that I picked Bangsak as I don’t have to endure many noises

The room has a very nice design, and it's quiet and within walking distance to the beach and restaurant. However, the service was lacking. They forgot to have me sign the dinner bill, and the woman at the hotel restaurant called me at 9 PM to say that I didn’t sign it.
Additionally, I found baby lizard droppings on my pillow and requested a change of pillowcase. They brought the replacements but didn’t offer to help change them.
The location is nice, but the service needs improvement.

Very peaceful and quiet. Good for a couple retreat. The food is generally catered to foreigners but the staff are willing to cook to suit your taste preferences. The restaurant staff are very attentive and good.

Если нужны тишина и море, то вам сюда. Отличный сервис, прекрасные просторные номера (в них есть все необходимое) и конечно же, море! Очень зеленая ухоженная территория, большой бассейн и сразу выход на пляж. Мелкий песок, никаких камней, вид на закат. Ресторан готовит вкусно (только не пиццу, здесь на готовый корж накидывают кетчуп и ингредиенты), но к цене +17%. На пляже рядом есть еще заведение, но мы там не были
