"The best room i have ever stayed in Thailand for 30 years ....in its price range , obviously. And including higher categories. Spacious room , big balcony , thoughtful decoration , good bed , nice traditional furniture in a quite good state . Super clean , good cupboard, spaces and drawers to organise things. Everything has a quality appearance. The building itself is well designed with open corridors and open reception area. Very good pool sorrounded by tropical vegetation . Although located near the main road, it is not noisy at all , with the exception of a few Moto GP drivers in the night . now comes the BUT ......basically nothing is within walking distance , no shop , no restaurant , no massage , not mentioning the beach . Taxi is very expensive, Grab does not serve the area. Without means of transport , i would have felt quite lost there . Another point are the stray dogs at night in the remote street ...i would not feel good to walk there in the night ."

"The room has a very nice design, and it's quiet and within walking distance to the beach and restaurant. However, the service was lacking. They forgot to have me sign the dinner bill, and the woman at the hotel restaurant called me at 9 PM to say that I didn’t sign it. Additionally, I found baby lizard droppings on my pillow and requested a change of pillowcase. They brought the replacements but didn’t offer to help change them. The location is nice, but the service needs improvement."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and were upgraded to a family suite with 2 bedrooms consisting of a king bed and 2 single beds. The suite was spacious with a living area and basic pantry area. The floor was a bit dusty and unfortunately they ran out of bedroom slippers when we were there. The location is about 6 min drive to White Sand beach and Coconut beach as well as the excellent local Thai restaurant called Ko Yot. 7-11 is about 2km away so you definitely need your own transport. The hotel is quite dark and quiet at night as it is surrounded by rubber tree plantation and a small forest so it can be a bit scary at night. The swimming pool is quite run down so we didn't use it. Overall, we felt its good value for money and appreciated the spacious suite which has everything we needed for a short stay."

Now we've returned in 2026, they've renovated, and their restaurant is excellent. A wide variety of meats, real coffee, sea views, blue cheese, Nutella, and a fantastic pool with hydromassage. Absolutely everything about this hotel is perfect. If you want to relax your mind and body, this is the best hotel in Khao Lak."

We spend a wonderful time there. A lot of selection in the Western breakfast buffet. Good good good."

"Eighth time in Thailand, the worst hotel ever. Positive points: beautiful, small hotel, lovely decor, spacious luxury room, good-sized and quiet refrigerator. Negative points: very little storage space, gray and ragged towels, slow-draining sink despite reporting it, useless clothes drying rack, tiny balcony coffee table, too-small safe, had to ask for bed linens to be changed. Breakfasts were not great, pastries not fresh, dirty seat cushions (are the seats in the two Mercedes in the hotel parking lot this dirty?). Uncomfortable beach loungers and very dirty mattresses, beach towels too small and stained, loungers crammed together because the restaurant is more profitable than the beach, photos on the hotel website are misleading. Beaches around the pool are never hosed down. Unfriendly staff. In conclusion, avoid this hotel."
