San Cristobal Boutique Hotel - Ivato Airport

I stayed here for one night on a business trip. It's close to the airport and the surrounding area is quiet, making for a peaceful stay. There's air conditioning and the hot shower works perfectly. The hotel also has a restaurant.

The pickup service was poor. The driver was waiting in the parking lot, so I had to wait an hour at the airport. There was a lot of sweet bread at breakfast, but the vegetables and soup were not good. It was a family room, but only 3 bottles of water were provided, which was insufficient, and the water did not drain well when using the shower booth. It was inconvenient that they only gave us one key. The room was too hot.

My colleagues said they were quite satisfied with the room. They were very happy with the 24-hour hot water and clean mattress and quilt when they were away from home. It was better than expected. They had to ask the front desk for disposable slippers.

The location was excellent, very close to the airport and large supermarkets. It was clean and the room was spacious, which was convenient. The breakfast was also very good, and above all, the free shuttle service to the airport was the best. The driver was also very friendly.

Everything would be fine if it weren't for the renovations. They've been hammering away since morning. It's a nightmare; the hotel should be closed for this. It's so disrespectful to guests.

I liked the hotel very much. Clean, newly renovated, large room, huge balcony, separate bathroom and toilet. The food in the restaurant is delicious.
