It started was confusion -two hotels opposite of each other, same name but different management. Since in both places English is not at a high level at the reception, it took some time to understand. The venue I stayed was oldish, with carpet in the rooms, apart from that ok with a sober but adequate breakfast. Nice in the center of Talca, disadvantage is during rush hour it takes time to reach it.

Arrived two hours before and requested pre check in and was charged half a day extra or would not be allowed in. (the rooms were available)The reason given, which has never happenned before, was because I made the reservation Via *******. That was the message forwarded by the acting manager upon our arrival. It is an unacceptable answer.

Parking disappointing: unconfortable gravel and no-roof. Not pool. Advertising not clear about that. Lunch, poor in variety. All the rest, best in town! - good beds - water temperature, optimum - order, space, good. PD: Dogs barking at night: windows need to be closed.
